- What kind of business is Flowlyup for?
- The service suits specialists, self-employed professionals, sole proprietors and companies that work by appointment or sell products and services online. It's also for anyone who wants to quickly set up a simple business-card page with contact details and social media links, no red tape involved. You can also enable a chat so clients can simply message you and you can stay in touch with them through your page or its link.
- Do I need my own website?
- No. Once set up, you get a ready-made Flowlyup page whose link you can share:
• on social media;
• in messengers;
• in your company profile;
• in advertising materials;
• on maps and review platforms.
If you do have your own website, the booking form, storefront and chat can be embedded with a widget.
- Can I use Flowlyup just as an internal calendar?
- Yes. You can create and edit appointments in the calendar yourself without publishing a public page for clients. This lets you use Flowlyup as an internal scheduling tool.
- Can I run individual and group sessions?
- Yes. In Flowlyup you can create individual services and group events.
For group bookings you set a maximum number of participants. Once all spots are taken, booking for that time slot closes automatically.
- Can I set different schedules for staff members?
- Yes. For each specialist you can configure working hours, days off and availability for specific services. Clients only see up-to-date free time slots.
- How does Flowlyup prevent double booking?
- When building the available schedule, the system takes existing appointments and the specialist's working hours into account. Busy time slots are not shown to clients as available.
- Can I create appointments manually?
- Yes. A staff member can add an appointment to the calendar themselves — for example, when a client reaches out by phone, in a messenger or in person.
- What appointment statuses are available?
- The calendar uses visual statuses that let you quickly see the state of an appointment — for example, new, confirmed or cancelled. The information is displayed right in the schedule.
- Does the client receive reminders?
- On plans with notification automation, the client receives a booking confirmation request 24 hours before the visit and an additional reminder three hours before. This helps reduce no-shows.
- Can the client confirm a booking themselves?
- Yes. The client can confirm an upcoming visit with a single action after receiving the notification.
- Can my team work in Flowlyup together?
- Yes. You can add staff members to your account and manage the calendar together. Several specialists can work with the schedule, appointments and client requests in a single interface.
- Can I manage multiple locations?
- Yes. The Plus plan supports up to three locations. For companies with more branches there is the Corporate plan with extended terms.
- Do clients get their own account?
- Yes. Clients can view their bookings, manage them and confirm upcoming visits through their personal account and the mobile app.
- Can I sell products through Flowlyup?
- Yes. You can create an online storefront, add products and take orders right on your page. Orders and bookings are handled in one dashboard.
- Can I sell services as well as products?
- Yes. Through Flowlyup you can offer one-off services, individual and group sessions, and visit packages. Services can be paid or free.
- Can I take payment at the time of booking?
- Yes. For paid services you can enable online payment and charge clients right when they book. If needed, prepayment can be made a mandatory condition of booking.
- Which payment systems are supported?
- The pricing page lists integration with YooKassa. The payment shop is connected to your Flowlyup account, after which client payments go to the seller's account through the connected payment provider.
- Does Flowlyup charge a fee on online payments?
- For online payments via YooKassa on the Plus plan there is a Flowlyup service fee. It is charged on top of the payment provider's rates. Check the pricing page for current terms.
- Can I take orders and bookings through one page?
- Yes. A single page can host both services for online booking and products for ordering. Clients won't need to switch between separate sites or services.
- Can I create a business card page?
- Yes. The business card page is a personal page with photos, a description of your company or yourself, contact details, social media links and a price list of services. It works great as the only link in your social media bio: clients open the page and immediately see how to contact you, book or place an order.
- Does the business card page work together with the shop and online booking?
- Yes. The business card page is one of the storefront views alongside the online shop and the booking calendar. Visitors switch from the page to the shop or booking in one click, while you manage all the content from a single dashboard.
- Does Flowlyup include a client chat?
- Yes. The chat can be enabled on your public Flowlyup page or embedded into your own website. Visitors send messages right from the widget, and staff reply from a single dashboard.
- Do clients need to sign up to write in the chat?
- No. A visitor can start a conversation right on the page or in the widget by sending a message without prior registration.
- Can several staff members reply to clients?
- Yes. Several staff members can handle incoming requests. Conversations are stored in the company's shared workspace, so messages don't get lost and stay available to the team.
- How do staff members learn about new bookings and messages?
- Flowlyup supports push notifications about new and changed bookings, cancellations and messages. To receive notifications, install the mobile app and allow notifications.
- Can I embed Flowlyup into an existing website?
- Yes. The online booking form and other platform elements can be added with a ready-made widget. Just copy the code from your dashboard and add it to your site.
- Will I need a developer to install the widget?
- In most cases, no. The widget is installed with a ready-made code snippet. For websites with complex architecture or a non-standard CMS, a developer's help may be needed.
- Can I customize the look of the page and the widget?
- Yes. On the Plus plan you can set your brand colors for the page and hide the platform logo so the design matches your company style.
- Can I connect my own domain?
- You can use Flowlyup via the ready-made link, embed it into an existing website or connect it to your own domain within the platform's available options.
- How does my page link look when I share it in a messenger?
- When you send the link in a messenger, it expands into a card with your company name, description and an image in your brand colours. The image holds a QR code with the link and your logo in the middle, so the page can be opened by scanning it with a phone straight off the screen. There is nothing to set up: the card is built automatically.
- Is there an API for integrating with other systems?
- Yes. The Corporate plan includes a REST API. It lets you create appointments and fetch booking data for use in corporate systems, CRMs and internal tools.
- Can I work from my phone?
- Yes. You can manage your schedule through the mobile app and the web version on a computer. The mobile app is also used for receiving push notifications.
- Where can I read the terms of use and data processing policies?
- The Flowlyup knowledge base publishes the terms of use, privacy policy, data processing agreement, copyright policy and other legal documents of the platform.
- How do I get started with Flowlyup?
- Sign up for Flowlyup, add your company details, set up services and the schedule, then share your link in a channel convenient for your clients. After that you can take bookings and orders online.
