Online booking for nail technicians
For a nail technician, online booking replaces evening messages asking "any slot on Saturday?". The client opens your link, picks a manicure, gel polish or pedicure, sees only free time and books. In Flowlyup this is free on the Start plan, while reminders and deposits against no-shows come with the Plus plan.
How booking looks for a nail technician
Your page lists services with duration and price: manicure without polish, gel manicure, extensions, pedicure. The client picks a service and a day, the system shows only free slots that fit the duration. After booking the client gets a confirmation and you get an app notification. The booking appears in the calendar immediately and double booking is impossible.
What hurts without online booking
- Messages outside working hours: half of them arrive in the evening and at weekends.
- No-shows: the client forgot or changed their mind and a two-hour slot is lost.
- A confused schedule kept in notes and messengers.
- No client base and no visit history.
How to set it up in 15 minutes
- Sign up at flowlyup.com and enter your name and description - this becomes your business card page.
- Add services with duration and price, for example "Gel manicure" for 90 minutes. A price can be hidden or a service can be free.
- Set working hours and days off. The system removes busy slots from what the client can choose.
- Copy the page link and put it in your social media bio, messenger status or post captions.
- Install the mobile app: new bookings, cancellations and messages arrive as notifications.
How to reduce no-shows
On the Plus plan the client gets a confirmation request 24 hours before the visit and a reminder 3 hours before, and confirms with one tap. For long procedures you can turn on mandatory prepayment through YooKassa: the client pays by card or via SBP when booking, and forgotten slots become rare.
Does it work for freelancers and solo professionals
Yes. The Start plan is free with no time limit, and a technician can run it alone: Flowlyup never charges per staff member on any plan. You do not need a website - the booking page lives at a link you put in your social media bio and messenger profiles.
Online payments run through YooKassa: clients pay by card or via SBP at the moment of booking. The money never passes through the platform - it goes straight to your YooKassa account. The 1% service fee on the Plus plan is something you pay later yourself from your account, which keeps the arrangement transparent and risk-free for you. Booking, reminders, the page, the widget and chat work in any country, the interface is available in nine languages.
What the Plus plan adds
Once bookings pile up, the main thing is that clients actually show up. On the Plus plan reminders go out by themselves and prepayment protects long slots. As a bonus, you can sell care products right from the booking page.
- Push and email reminders to clients 24 hours and 3 hours before the visit, with one-tap confirmation. Clients sign in with their email, so notifications always arrive and there is nothing to pay for SMS.
- Online payment for bookings and orders through YooKassa, including mandatory prepayment. The money goes straight to your YooKassa account, bypassing the platform.
- An online product store on the same page: products are offered while the client picks a service, and a service can be attached to a product - they sell each other.
- A booking widget for your own website and chat on the business card page and inside the widget: leads and clients write to you right from there.
- Brand colours without the platform logo and up to three branches in one account.
The whole team can answer in chat: create a staff member and link an authorised user to them by login in the staff settings - they get access to chat and can look after clients.
Plus costs 990 ₽ per month, billed in Russian rubles through YooKassa. For the first 14 days after sign-up it is free, no card required.
How to raise the average bill: packages, bundles and cross-selling
Booking is only the entry point. From there, tools most booking services do not have start to work. For example, a package of 5 manicures at 30% off and care products offered to the client at booking.
- Service packages. Sell 5 sessions as one discounted package, for example 30% off: the client pays once, and at every booking a session is deducted from the package automatically, so there is nothing to track by hand. Clients come more regularly and you get paid up front.
- Products and services sell each other. With a YooKassa account connected and products added, the client is offered suitable products while picking a service, and a service can be attached to a product so that it is suggested automatically.
- Product bundles. Several products are combined into a bundle with one price: better value for the client, more sold per purchase for you.
- Reviews and ratings. Only clients who actually bought a product can review it, so the rating is honest and helps good products sell.
You do not need a public page: calendar and notes
Publishing a page for self-booking is optional. Flowlyup works as a record-keeping calendar: book clients yourself in the Calendar section of your account and open the booking link when you are ready.
- Notes on a specific booking and on the client overall: preferences, contraindications, agreements.
- A note can be private - visible only to its author - or shared with the staff of your business.
- A client appears in your base automatically at the first booking or purchase, including bookings you create yourself. There is no separate "add a client without a booking" form yet; if you need it, write to us and we will discuss it.
Try it with your own clients
The Start plan is free with no time limit. For the first 14 days all Plus features are enabled, no card required.
