Feature
Online payment for services and products at booking
The client pays for a booking or an order right on your page - by card or via SBP, and the money reaches your account through your connected YooKassa merchant account. A deposit can be made mandatory to remove no-shows for long services. Online payment is available on the Plus plan; the platform withholds a 1% service fee on top of YooKassa fees. It suits businesses that can open a YooKassa account.
How it works for the client
The client picks a service and a time, sees the price and pays on the same screen. After payment the booking is confirmed, and the payment status is visible to the client in their account and to you in the calendar. Products from the online store are paid the same way, and orders and bookings arrive in one dashboard.
How to connect it
- Open a YooKassa merchant account if you do not have one and get the integration credentials.
- In your Flowlyup account connect the YooKassa account.
- For each service decide whether a deposit is needed and whether it is mandatory.
- Test the payment with a trial booking from your phone.
Mandatory and optional deposits
For long and expensive services - extensions, massage, photo shoots, bodywork - the deposit is made mandatory: without payment the booking is not created and the slot is not lost to a no-show. For short services payment is left to the client or taken on site.
What it costs
Online payment is part of the Plus plan at 990 ₽ per month. From each client payment the platform withholds a 1% service fee on top of YooKassa fees, which are published at yookassa.ru/fees. The subscription price does not depend on turnover.
Does it suit solo professionals and businesses outside Russia
The YooKassa account is connected to your Flowlyup account and client payments go to your account. Whether a merchant account is available for your status and country is up to YooKassa - check their terms. Booking, reminders, the page, the widget and chat work everywhere regardless of payments.
The money goes straight to you
Client payments never pass through the platform: they land directly in your YooKassa account. You pay the service fee later yourself from your account, which keeps the arrangement transparent and risk-free - the platform does not hold your money and cannot delay it.
Payments also unlock cross-selling: products are offered to the client while picking a service, a service can be attached to a product so that it is suggested automatically, products form bundles, and service packages are paid once and deducted session by session at every booking.
Try it with your own clients
The Start plan is free with no time limit. For the first 14 days all Plus features are enabled, no card required.
