Online booking for freelancers and solo professionals
A solo professional does not need a website or a paid CRM for clients to book themselves. Flowlyup gives you a free online booking page: add services and a schedule, put the link in your social media bio or messenger, and the client picks a time and gets a confirmation. The Start plan is free with no time limit and there are no per-seat fees.
Why the free plan is enough for a solo professional
Most specialists need one thing - a client who can book free time without a back-and-forth chat. The Start plan covers exactly that and never expires.
- One business and unlimited online client bookings.
- Up to 100 manually added clients; clients who book themselves do not count.
- A client account: the client sees their bookings and confirms the visit.
- Booking confirmation by the admin and by the client.
- In-app notification centre and links to your social networks on the page.
- Group bookings with no limit per slot - for classes and workshops.
How to launch booking in 15 minutes
- Sign up at flowlyup.com and enter your name and description - this becomes your business card page.
- Add services with duration and price, for example "Consultation" for 60 minutes. A price can be hidden or a service can be free.
- Set working hours and days off. The system removes busy slots from what the client can choose.
- Copy the page link and put it in your social media bio, messenger status or post captions.
- Install the mobile app: new bookings, cancellations and messages arrive as notifications.
Where to put the link if you have no website
The booking page link works wherever your clients are: in a social media bio, a pinned message or messenger status, in ad captions, in your listing on maps. When you send the link in a messenger, a card appears with your name, description and a QR code in your brand colours - handy to forward.
If a website appears later, the same booking can be embedded into it as a widget, or you can connect your own domain to the Flowlyup page.
How a solo professional takes payments
Connect your YooKassa merchant account and clients can pay for a booking by card or via SBP at the moment of booking. Prepayment can be made mandatory - the simplest way to remove no-shows for long sessions. Online payment is available on the Plus plan, the platform withholds a 1% service fee on top of YooKassa fees.
What the Plus plan adds
Once bookings pile up, the main thing is that clients actually show up. On the Plus plan you stop reminding clients about visits by hand.
- Push and email reminders to clients 24 hours and 3 hours before the visit, with one-tap confirmation. Clients sign in with their email, so notifications always arrive and there is nothing to pay for SMS.
- Online payment for bookings and orders through YooKassa, including mandatory prepayment. The money goes straight to your YooKassa account, bypassing the platform.
- An online product store on the same page: products are offered while the client picks a service, and a service can be attached to a product - they sell each other.
- A booking widget for your own website and chat on the business card page and inside the widget: leads and clients write to you right from there.
- Brand colours without the platform logo and up to three branches in one account.
The whole team can answer in chat: create a staff member and link an authorised user to them by login in the staff settings - they get access to chat and can look after clients.
Plus costs 990 ₽ per month, billed in Russian rubles through YooKassa. For the first 14 days after sign-up it is free, no card required.
How Flowlyup differs from a link-in-bio page and a salon CRM
Link-in-bio tools such as Linktree collect links on one page, but there is no booking calendar inside, it has to be connected from another service. Salon systems such as Fresha and Square Appointments do a lot, but charge subscriptions, per-location or per-client fees and are built for a front desk rather than a specialist with a phone. Flowlyup sits in between: free booking with a schedule, a business card page and payments in one place.
How to raise the average bill: packages, bundles and cross-selling
Booking is only the entry point. From there, tools most booking services do not have start to work. For example, a discounted package of 5 consultations or a product bundle offered with a service.
- Service packages. Sell 5 sessions as one discounted package, for example 30% off: the client pays once, and at every booking a session is deducted from the package automatically, so there is nothing to track by hand. Clients come more regularly and you get paid up front.
- Products and services sell each other. With a YooKassa account connected and products added, the client is offered suitable products while picking a service, and a service can be attached to a product so that it is suggested automatically.
- Product bundles. Several products are combined into a bundle with one price: better value for the client, more sold per purchase for you.
- Reviews and ratings. Only clients who actually bought a product can review it, so the rating is honest and helps good products sell.
You do not need a public page: calendar and notes
Publishing a page for self-booking is optional. Flowlyup works as a record-keeping calendar: book clients yourself in the Calendar section of your account and open the booking link when you are ready.
- Notes on a specific booking and on the client overall: preferences, contraindications, agreements.
- A note can be private - visible only to its author - or shared with the staff of your business.
- A client appears in your base automatically at the first booking or purchase, including bookings you create yourself. There is no separate "add a client without a booking" form yet; if you need it, write to us and we will discuss it.
Try it with your own clients
The Start plan is free with no time limit. For the first 14 days all Plus features are enabled, no card required.
